Greetings and thank you for your Affordable Care Act inquiry to have A+ help you enroll in the ACA Health insurance coverages. We represent, OSCAR, Aetna, Ambetter, United Health, Cigna, Kaiser, and more!
 
Did you have ACA coverage last year? If so, it's important we know if you have had any changes to your income, dependents, address, or other items such as recent pregnancies or developments in your immigration status, to make sure we enroll you in the plan that fits you best and to prevent any penalties or loss of coverage at the end of the year.

Here are some items we will ask you for to complete enrollment at the end of this application:

1. ID
2. COPY OF LAST YEARS TAX RETURN
3. AGENCY CONSENT FORM (Allows us to represent you and enroll you into coverage)
4. Self-Employed Income template (if applicable, we will supply) 
5. Immigration Status documents (if applicable) such as Form E-797, DACA paperwork, Employment Authorization, Venezuela refugee paperwork, or Cuban refugee paperwork

Open enrollment begins on November 1st, 2023, and closes on 12/15/2023. Annually complete A+'s consent form to allow A+ to enroll you each year to keep your ACA Coverage active. When A+ enrolls you between 11/01/2023 and 11/30/2023 your new ACA coverage benefits will begin on 12/01/2024. When A+ enrolls you in December your ACA coverage benefits will begin on 02/01/2024

Beginning this year, we are required to have you sign an A+ Agency Consent form allowing A+ to enroll you into ACA coverages. Every year at the start of Open Enrollment let A+ check for the best price and coverages before we process your enrollment. Prices, coverage, and companies that offer ACA plans can change from year to year and are not guaranteed to stay the same at renewal.

Government financial assistance is based on your Household income level (Not your business income, if you are self-employed)!
Your government financial assistance can be reduced and penalties can be applied to your tax return if your actual household income is significantly greater than what was listed on the ACA enrollment application.

A+ represents many named brand health insurance carriers such as Aetna, Cigna, Kaiser, Ambetter, etc. Any one of these health insurance carriers may request additional documentation after enrollment at their discretion. This additional documentation must be timely received to prevent loss of coverage.
